Integrating Woman Leaders, Inc. (IWL) is a management consulting firm dedicated to the advancement of women in the workplace. Our focus is on leadership, communication and skill development for women leaders.  We work with companies to ensure corporate inclusion and diversity efforts are aligned with their women’s initiatives.

We work with our corporate clients to create, design and implement comprehensive women’s initiatives, strategies, mentoring, leadership development and coaching. We also help women business owners on strategic planning, people development, profit and loss improvement and business development strategies.

IWL’s annual Women’s Leadership Conference encourages individuals to take their careers into their own hands. The Conference is designed to develop strong female leaders.  The event enhances professionals’ leadership skills, improves communication, and builds stronger networks for women to achieve results.  The Conference is also designed to inspire and motivate attendees to utilize their learning experiences in the workplace. The sessions we offer enhance presentations skills, communication and leadership skills, networking, work-life balance, and leadership behaviors.
