Society is now noticing that women’s collaborative nature and spirit can give them a stronger advantage while leading others.  The 2012 Women’s Leadership Conference will focus on contemporary views that embrace leadership styles in an inclusive process that is advantageous to women.

Program Objectives:

The IWL 2012 Women’s Leadership Conference hopes to encourage organizations to look at how they are developing their female leaders at all levels.  The event will provide the necessary behaviors and skill building tools that translate immediately into any culture.  You will learn how your style differences and core capabilities can positively influence the bottom line performance of a company.
