Executive Leadership Coaching
As a former senior executive officer in corporate America with 25 years in Fortune 500 companies, I have coached many men and women at all levels of leadership. I provide a custom one-on-one leadership coaching model for people who are preparing for a greater scope of responsibility and who need to enhance their self-awareness and self-assessment skills. My Executive Leadership Coaching session provides a complete discovery: goal setting, a 360º assessment and feedback for those who need to make substantial changes in their leadership style. Research shows that focusing on the solution actually creates the solutions, while focusing on the problem can deepen the problem in our thinking. Changing behavior requires deepening our ability to choose what to focus on among the many ideas in our consciousness. My theory about change behaviors is “the power is in the focus.” I work with high potential leaders who struggle to understand how their leadership style affects others positively or negatively. I incorporate the two key principles of coaching: awareness and responsibility. My methodologies include the model of the power of positive thinking, control of the mind and the inspiration to achieve positive results beyond expectations. This research based coaching approach allows executives to focus on the thoughts that lead to actions that drive results.

Executive leadership coaching provides a confidential and a safe environment for those who want to share frustrations or personal and professional challenges. My coaching provides motivation to keep individuals’ developmental plans on track, challenge them to grow, help them identify priorities and follow through on their goals. My coaching will help people learn from their self-assessment feedback and feel inspired to improve their style of leadership. They will increase their level of influence, motivate others and will be a more productive leader.
Executive coaching sessions paid for by an employer include additional benefits. We will work with a corporate sponsor, mentor, or manager to incorporate performance feedback and alignment with their organizational mission and gender diversity practices. The fee is $250.00 per hour. Coaching can be held at The Strategy Forums, located at 11611 N. Meridian St. Carmel, Indiana or at an agreed upon location of the client’s chosing.
