At IWLF, we define executive coaching as an individualized leadership development process that cultivates a leader’s effectiveness to achieve their organizational goals. This is a one-on-one experience based foremost on mutual trust and respect. Coaching is an especially valuable resource for women who want direction, support and guidance in their career. Together you and your coach will address four key areas: effective communication, relationships, and organizational and behavioral change. You will discuss how to manage yourself and others in order to make you most successful at what you do.

Working Women’s Research Network
Integrating Woman Leaders Foundation and the Psychology Department at IUPUI are teaming up to create the Working Women’s Research Network (W²RN). The purpose is to learn more about the working lives of women and men in our community and provide solid, research-based insights to employers
and individuals and give specific, data-supported advice
to participants on career management.
Christi Anderson Scholarship
A Remarkable Friend to IWL – Christi was also one of the first board members for Integrating Woman Leaders. She was a mentor, a friend, an advocate for women’s leadership, and she was instrumental in our success as an organization. Christi was passionate about helping other women in leadership, and we honor Christi by awarding a scholarship every year to a woman who is looking to innovate herself, to be better and do better – just like Christi did, and who could benefit from the financial assistance to do so. What better way to honor a life than to affect change in another’s? It is our hope that this award will create opportunities for these young women and inspire them to lead their lives boldly and fearlessly and with the tenacity of our dear friend, Christi.
