Developing people and facilitating employee career success is Ondrea’s passion. Her 30-year career has focused in the areas of talent management, executive and high potential leadership coaching, leadership development, organizational development, and performance management.
Ondrea is a certified facilitator for training curriculums from Development Dimensions International (IM:ExL and IM:ExP), AchieveGlobal (Frontline Leadership and Stellar Service) and FranklinCovey (7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Writing Advantage). She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the Center for Coaching Certification and has also received the Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certificate through the Association for Talent Development (formally ASTD). Ondrea also recently became a Birkman Assessment Certified Consultant.
Jennifer Browning Holmes, Founder & President of IWL, has been an executive coach for most of her career. As an executive leader with 30 years’ of corporate experience, Jennifer coaches emerging women leaders at all levels of an organization. She provides a coaching methodology that empowers women who are preparing for greater roles and responsibilities. She coaches women who desire to enhance their leadership style through; self-awareness, communication and professional presence.
Over the course of her career, Jennifer has recognized a common set of core challenges encountered by women wanting to advance their careers—especially in those industries considered “male dominated” such as technology, finance, law and healthcare.
