Jennifer Browning Holmes
In early 2010, Jennifer founded Integrating Woman Leaders, Inc., a management consulting firm focused on the development of women leaders. Two years later she received 501©3 approval to form the IWL Foundation, where she currently serves as the Board Chairman. Today, the IWL Foundation is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to the advancement of women in the workplace. The foundation works closely with corporations committed to their HR Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Over the past eight years 6,000 women and men have attended the annual IWL Women’s Leadership Conferences and IWL programs.
Today, Jennifer possesses 28 years of diverse healthcare management and board of director experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Most recently, she served as the board chair and chief executive officer of Central Logic, a leading healthcare IT SaaS technology company located in South Jordan, Utah. She lead the company through a Series C-round of growth financing raising $7.9M. During her tenure, she grew the company’s revenue by 117% while growing annual recurring revenues by 36%. She formed and recruited top healthcare executives, recognized as industry thought leaders, to join Central Logic’s Advisory Board. Under her leadership, the company successfully launched three disruptive SaaS technology solutions, giving healthcare providers real-time visibility into data necessary to address patient flow, care coordination and population health management. Central Logic, for the first time in the company’s 11 year history, was recognized in 2016 & 2017 by Modern Healthcare’s Top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare.
Previously, Jennifer served as senior vice president of MedAssets, a healthcare leader in supply chain, revenue cycle, consulting and IT solutions installed in over 4,000 hospitals. She consulted with CEOs, CFOs, CNOs, CIOs and CMOs at some of the largest healthcare systems including; Ascension, Trinity, CHS, Community Health Network, Miami Children’s, Grady Health, Piedmont, Wellmont Health, Mt. State Health Alliance and Carolina’s Healthcare.
Jennifer brings years of experience leading medical device companies where she held numerous executive roles in management, operations, and sales & marketing. Her extensive background are with companies like; Boston Scientific Corporation, Guidant Corporation, Heartport, Spectranetics, and EKOS Corporation.
She has served on numerous non-profit boards; most recently, she served on the 2017 Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association, Go Red for Women. For two years, she served on the JDRF Board of Directors and held the position of Fundraising Chair. In 2014, she joined the American Lung Association/Lung Force Board of Directors.
Jennifer was the 2016 Finalist for the Women Tech Council, Utah Tech Awards. Also in 2016, she was recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review: Top 17 Female Health IT Company CEO’s to Know.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine from Indiana University. She attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she traveled “Around the World” on Semester at Sea.
