They will discuss the basic forms of advocacy with a little background of the current state of affairs for women’s representation in government. You will learn tips on how to figure out who your elected officials are, how to effectively communicate with those officials and policy makers, and how to advocate in your community for issues that are dear to your heart. Have you considered running for office? Here you’ll learn some tools on how to run for office, fundraise, and develop innovative strategies to get elected.
